"Driver was really professional"
The driver got there on time and was really polite, which made the whole thing feel easy. He gave me a quick explanation of the scooter and seemed to know what he was doing. There was a small delay with the pickup, but it wasn’t a big deal since everything still went smoothly. Overall, I’d say it was good service.

I thought I knew the total price, but then extra fees showed up at checkout, so the final cost was higher than expected. It was frustrating because I wouldn’t have continued if I’d seen the real price earlier.

"Wheelchair got uncomfortable fast"
I rented a wheelchair from Cloud of Goods it wasn’t very comfortable. The seat started feeling really hard after maybe 20 minutes, and the back support didn’t help much either. It made getting around on my trip more tiring than it needed to be... I probably wouldn’t rent this one again.

I was uneasy the whole time. It was dirty, really shaky, and the brakes barely worked, which made me keep wondering if it was actually safe to use. I would’ve felt a lot better if it had been checked over properly or if someone had reassured me it was in good condition...

"Mobility scooter was a letdown"
This scooter just wasn’t worth it for me. It ran slower than I expected, the battery drained way too fast, and it kept jerking while I was using it, which made the whole day more stressful than helpful. On top of that, having to deal with repeated verification was really annoying and just added to the frustration. I was hoping it would make things easier, but it ended up being a letdown.

"Refund turned into a hassle"
I canceled my order thinking the refund would be straightforward, but it ended up being a real headache. I kept having to email for updates, then wait around without getting a clear answer, which got frustrating fast.
What bothered me most was that it felt like I was just a ticket number in their system instead of an actual customer they were trying to help. Maybe the rental side is fine, but the refund process was poor enough that I wouldn’t use them again

Booking was kind of a mess. The site kept sending me back to fix things, or change stuff I thought I already did, and the checkout page wasn’t really clear. I kept thinking, wait, did it go through or not? I didn’t actually feel sure until later. Just not easy at all, and yeah, I probably wouldn’t use it again

I rented a scooter expecting it to be hassle-free, but the battery was a constant issue. It drained way faster than they made it sound like it would, so I spent most of the ride worrying I was going to end up stranded somewhere. When I reached out to support, they took their time getting back to me and didn’t really give me much confidence that they were taking it seriously. after that, I’m not sure I’d trust their customer service if something went wrong again. For the price, I expected a much better experience.

I rented from Cloud of Goods and the item itself was totally fine. The only thing was that getting answers from customer service took longer than I expected. They did eventually reply and helped me sort out my question, so that part was okay, just not super quick. It wasn’t a bad experience or anything, but I do wish the communication on this and that had been a little faster and clearer

I tried booking through cloudofgoods.com, and the website was kind of a pain to get through. It felt a little messy, pages were slow to load, and I had to click around more than I expected just to find basic info. Maybe I was just having an off day with it, but it wasn’t very smooth.
The checkout part confused me too. Some of the things I thought I selected didn’t show up clearly, so I kept second-guessing whether my order was actually right. To be fair, the service itself might be totally fine, but the site didn’t give me much confidence in the moment.
I ended up giving up before finishing because it was more frustrating than I wanted it to be. I wouldn’t say everything about it was terrible, and maybe they just need to clean up the booking flow a bit, but my experience with the website wasn’t great.

We rented a scooter through Cloud of Goods for our trip and it made things a lot easier. The pickup spot was exactly where they said it would be, which was a relief because I always worry about stuff like that when traveling. The guy showed up within the time window too, maybe even a few minutes early, so that was nice. The only reason I’m going with 4 stars instead of 5 is that I had to double check the pickup details the day before. The app wasn’t super clear to me, or maybe I just missed something, but either way I wanted to be sure. Once that was sorted out though, everything went smoothly. It definitely saved us some stress, and I’d probably use them again.
